Bahrain Pharmacy operates with a dedicated Quality Management Team developed by our Board members with the business portfolios being periodically audited by the Corporate Quality Assurance, which was incorporated in 2017.
The function of the Corporate Quality Management is to develop and integrate the company’s quality system to suite the business class and uplift the organizational quality standards in all operational areas. The Supply chain system is monitored by the Quality Management Team to ensure on time results and also work to resolve Quality issues or complaints regularly to encourage confidence and satisfaction to our customers.
Bahrain Pharmacy Quality Management also ensures the product safety & integrity within the market with the help of our Pharmacovigilance team which act up on its surveillance process 24 x 7. The Regulatory team of Bahrain pharmacy monitor the compliance requirements as per the Health Regulations of Bahrain and ensures the quality of products imported. The company’s Quality policies are well defined, controlled and implemented throughout the organization and we strive for the continuous improvement of the policies to be aligned with Good Distribution Practice (cGDP).
Bahrain Pharmacy upholds three ISO Certifications to its name
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 along with certificate of compliance for current Good Distribution practice (cGDP) that involves provisioning of Corporate Quality Assurance, Regulatory affairs & Pharmacovigilance, Supply chain which includes Cold chain management, pharmaceutical product storage, Warehousing and Distribution.
