Project Design and Key Elements

MSCEB are the Design and Supervision Consultant’s on the Project.

The project is designed to primarily suit the functional aspect of the facility however at the same time has appealing and pleasing aesthetical appearance.

The building shall have dedicated Docking Facility with Automatic Levellers for receiving and dispatching goods and capacity to handle all types of vehicles.

Segregation of general merchandize from the pharmaceutical has been ensured and accordingly separate docking (receiving and dispatch) and vertical transportation areas are incorporated, in line with the regulations. Necessary temperature sensors will be located at all locations, which relay live data to the Server, to record real time temperature always, which is in line with the local regulations.

The high floors of the building will allow for the installation of customized Multi-tier and Pallet Racking System to suit the various types of Pharmaceuticals and other merchandize. Suitable and efficient Conveying Equipment such be deployed to maximize capacity and reach to the racking system.

Building will be equipped with Fire Fighting and Detection Systems, as well as mechanical smoke extraction system as part of the fire and life safety measures.

The Project also has sustainable strategies incorporated to offset energy demand by producing a significant part of the power demand from Solar PV Panels and therefore, reducing carbon footprint as well as operating costs.
